WORK AFRICA is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We will not sell, share, or rent this
information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
2. GENERAL PRIVACY STATEMENT
We collect and process your personal information mainly to contact you for the purposes of understanding
your requirements, and delivering services accordingly. For this purpose, we will collect contact details and
details necessary for us to perform our service. It remains your responsibility however to ensure that all
personal information is kept up to date with us, should details change over time.
Your email address or any other part of your personal information as provided by you will never be used for
marketing purposes, unless consented by you.
3. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
WORK AFRICA is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this
information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We will use your personal
information only for the purposes for which it was collected.
4. COOKIES
We use “cookies” to “remember” log-in details of users. A “cookie” is simply a text file that is placed on
your hard drive by a web page server and each time the browser requests a page from the server, this text
is sent back allowing the website to remember your details to make the process quicker and easier.
“Cookies” are not used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. They are uniquely assigned to
your computer, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Usage of
a “cookie” is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. This privacy
statement covers the use of “cookies” by the WORK AFRICA site only and does not cover the use of cookies
by any advertisers or links.

We may use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track the users’ movements, and gather
broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable
information.
6. SHARING / DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

these services, we will share names or other information that is necessary for the third party to provide
these services signed up for. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except
for the purpose of providing these services. We will not voluntarily disclose any information about

laws or valid legal process, or to protect the rights or property of WORK AFRICA and its partner sites.

privacy practices of these other sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected on
pages of this site.
8. SECURITY AND DATA STORAGE
This website takes reasonable precautions to protect our user’s information online. We also take measures
to protect user information offline. Access to all of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only
employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable
information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. The
server on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure, access-controlled
environment.
We will, on an on-going basis, continue to review our security controls and related processes to ensure that
your personal information remains secure.
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires our services, contact
should be made with the relevant Information Officer (link available on website) with the relevant request
which will be dealt with in a reasonable timeframe.

places where we deem appropriate.
