Our Standard Personnel Service is designed to assist clients when staff­ are on leave (sick, maternity, or annual), through seasonal peaks or between employments.

Clients can also outsource certain non-core areas of their labour to Work Africa.

This takes away all the time consuming HR and payroll aspects associated with employing your own staff­ and gives the employer more flexibility to adjust staff­  levels to increased or decreased business cycles.
